By Karen Allen
Being a science teacher who teaches anatomy and physiology, Karen knows the human body is unique to every person. Yoga is an individual practice done in a group setting. With that, I want to share this one main tip: work on being the best version of you, not anyone else, just you.
We are all made differently, so just focus on your skill sets. In yoga class, it’s not really about the pose or the depth of the pose, it’s about what you learn. We all have good days and bad days, so poses don’t need to be perfect, but they can still be of great value. I will always try my best to help you feel as though you can be yourself – NO judging. Just be you!
