Karen Allen has been teaching fitness for more than 35 years. Her many years of fitness training and her knowledge of anatomy and physiology prepared her well for yoga teacher training.
She will complete her RYT200 this fall through YogaRenew. Karen has an encouraging approach to her teaching style, providing support for beginners and new students in Slow Flow classes. Karen truly believes that God has given her the gift to teach and can’t wait to share her new found love of yoga at The Yoga Booth.
Once a yoga skeptic, today, she passionately believes that yoga can be done by anyone to help you become the best version of you. Teaching sciences like Anatomy & Physiology, being actively involved in her church and faith, and encouraging others are a few of her passions.
Karen has lived in Zanesville for 30 years, is married, home schooled her four (now grown) children, and looks forward to the many challenges life still has to offer.
