Cindy, E-RYT 200, E-RYT 300, YACU (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Unit provider), has been practicing yoga for 25 years and was certified with a 200 hour program in 2011 under Jen Jones. She finished her 500 advanced training in 2019 at Yoga on High in Columbus, Ohio. Cindy is certified in meditation, pranayama, and pre-natal yoga. In addition, in 2017, Cindy completed her Reiki Master Teaching Certificate in Vancouver.
In Cindy’s classes, she loves to combine different styles of yoga, intentional sequencing, and a spirit of playfulness with a dose of inspiration to help deepen the practice. She loves to see students thrive in life by nurturing body, mind, and soul with yoga. Her hope is that her students step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished, and balanced. In 2011, Cindy learned restorative yoga from nationally recognized yoga teacher, Judith Lasater. One of her favorite styles, restorative yoga is the perfect antidote to stress through active resting.
In her free time, Cindy likes playing music on her guitar, spending time with her family, and traveling.
