Tip of the Day: Get Back To Being You

Have you experienced trauma? I am not necessarily referring to big traumatic ordeals specifically. We all carry with us some degree of trauma. It could be small, daily doses of disappointment, the feeling of being overwhelmed by work demands, relationship issues, or addiction struggles.

As a yoga teacher, I can teach my students how to release anxiety caused by trauma. Whether in a one-on-one private lesson or a group setting, I will work with my students on their individual needs. During class, we can share stories, a favorite poem, meditate, and even listen to personalized music.

My goal is to help you get reconnected with your inner self and truly know how to relax … so you can get back to being you.
